On Wednesday, February 07, 2024, at approximately 5:30 pm, a militant attacked ISKCON’s Shri Shri Radha Gobind Mandir near Sovarampur Mahim School in Faridpur. Meanwhile, he vandalized an idol of Saraswati placed next to the Samadhi Math of the heavenly majesty Chandra Saha and started abusing the gods and goddesses. Before entering the main temple, the authorities and local people handcuffed him and tied him to a tree. Later, temple authority informed the police administration.
