Shri Haribandhu Jaldas was busy celebrating Sri Sri Ganga Puja for 3 days. Meanwhile, on Tuesday night, February 18, 2025, miscreants set fire to his small fishing trawler and fled. During this, a part of the trawler, including the expensive fishing nets in the said trawler, was burnt. An estimated loss of 5 lakh taka was caused. This small trawler and the large fishing net were bought on loan. The crying and wailing of Haribandhu Jaldas’ family members, who have lost their last means of livelihood, cannot be stopped in any way.
